Our Vision
SPM was formed out of a desire to manage our own properties with the level of interest and intensity that comes from having an ownership stake in something. While we appreciated not having to deal with the day-to-day details of property management, we just never felt that anyone else took as much interest in our property as we did.
After years of trying to find the right solution, we decided the best way to solve the problem was to start our own property management company. Now we can focus on the property we own, as owners long to do.
There are certainly advantages a large property management company can bring to a property owner, but we believe being smaller and nimbler allows us to focus on each client and bring an attention to detail that is often lacking in the industry.
